More About the Position
* Someone who thrives under pressure with the ability to stay calm while working with customers and technicians
* Confirm customers/ reschedule appointment's status for the next day with 99% accuracy daily
* Dispatches the right tech to the right job by following the guidelines in place to maximize opportunities by effectively communicating with managers and supervisors if needed
What Does It Take?
* Must have the ability to work 10 am- 7 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am -4pm Saturdays with a scheduled day off during the week
* 1 year in dispatching, logistics, and/or customer service
* Flexible and adaptive to daily changes and a good team mate to both direct team members, internal staff, field staff, and customers
* Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test and background check

Please arrive at 24565 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is our second building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks when going down Hallwood Ct. We do have two buildings.
Parking: Please park at one of our two buildings. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line behind the skating rink. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building, and they will guide you on where to park.
Plan to be here around an hour and a half and up to 2 hours. We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with our HR Team.
