As leaders in the utility industry concentrating, on quality and safety, RECONN is looking for people to join our team who are problem solvers, take pride in public safety and are comfortable in a fast paced, exciting work environment.k.Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred.Starting pay for this position is $15/hr*.*USIC/Reconn complies with all applicable minimum wage lawsYour Responsibilities as a Admin Researcher/Dispatcher:Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessaryReceive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely dispatch of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staffAnswer calls, investigate associated ticket, and relay information back to the homeownerPrepare tickets for billing, faxing standby sheets to customers, and other administrative tasksResearch prints by using multiple utility programsIdentify various utilities; e.g. water mains, gas mains, electric, etc.Research and attach service grids to tickets or packetsProvide general data entry supportWhy you'll love working with us!
