At Bermex, we are always looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and love the outdoors to become a part of our team.About the RoleThe Dispatcher reports to the Meter Services Supervisor at Bermex. This position play s a key role in sending daily utility jobs to field service techs via computer for residential and/or commercial accounts. This position requires a high degree of organization, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.What You'll DoDispatch jobs to Field Service Techs:Sort and separate field service work orders and send to service techs in the fieldDispatch utility jobs to field service techs first thing in the mornings and periodically throughout the dayRoute work to Field Service Techs by dispatching work orders to a handheld deviseIntensely focus on multiple tasks throughout the dayProvide accurate documentation to management:Use good judgement and make sound decisions in accordance with policies and proceduresAssist with administrative duties as assignedOther duties as assigned.Salary Transparency: For those residing in NY, the pay for this role is at $18/hour.About YouMust haves:Education: None.
