To ensure the efficient and effective dispatch operation of the Cart Repair and Solid Waste Department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDetailed record keeping in English is required for logs, work orders, billing and preventive maintenance logs.Answer and log telephone calls throughout the A.M. shift for Solid Waste and Cart Repair Department action regarding other departments and member/guest requests. Dispatch each call to the appropriate associates and follow up for completion of requests.Collect all work orders and associated paperwork at the end of the shift.Determine and dispatch calls to the appropriate Solid Waste CDL driver or Cart repair mechanic.Return calls to member/guests to follow up on expediency and quality of request.Complete work order requests through computerized work order system.Maintain daily log forms and log all calls.Prepare all DOT inspection paper work.Collect all DOT CDL drivers record and insure that they are up to date.File both Solid Waste, Service Station and Cart Repair Invoices.Insure DOT repairs are being completed.Insure that Repair Orders on vehicle maintenance and Golf Carts are being completed.Insure Monroe County check is being processed and mailed. Process Solid Waste, Cart Repair, Cart Sales and Service Station purchase orders. Keep up with Monroe County transfer tickets and dumping records.Process all Invoice and Purchase order requests.Charge homeowners and customer for Solid Waste and Cart Repair charges.Acquire all pertinent information form customers. Keep up with Green Waste dumping fees.Keep up with hauling charges from KW trucking group. Maintain daily log forms and log all calls.Run computer reports as required daily and/or monthly.Follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines specified by management.Well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Create work orders for Golf Cart repairGreet and receive visitors and callers to the Cart Repair office, responding appropriately and/or directing to the appropriate office. Answer telephone; assist callers by responding to questions or requests, forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages when necessary.Attendance, Appearance and Conduct: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Ocean Reef Club from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry and report deadlines, associate may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of the Club and report deadlines. Proper grooming is required by all associates and is described in detail in the Associates Handbook. Associates should review this policy and make sure that at all times they present themselves for shifts looking clean, neat and professional. As a condition of employment, all associates agree to fully comply with Ocean Reef Club rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of Club facilities. Associates who violate Club rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
