Dispensary Area General Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales and operations to meet revenue targets.
  • Hire, train, and manage General Managers.
  • Optimize inventory based on market trends and sales performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state and local cannabis laws.
  • Supervise dispensary staff, ensuring training, performance management, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate product tracking, inventory logs, and compliance records.

Dispensary Area General Manager Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • 3-5 years of Cannabis retail management experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Experience in staffing, compliance, inventory control, purchasing, and theft prevention.
