Ensure that all inventory materials received for dispensing are correct, that quantity and lot numbers are accurate, and that product weigh outs are appropriate based on the Batch Production Record to ensure that correct quantities are dispensed before moving the materials to the next step of the production process. Follow all Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the dispensing department. Keep work area well organized, cleaned, and sanitized.

* Follow all company policies and procedures.

* Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.

* Calculate quantities. Weigh, verify, document and complete batches.

* Clean and sanitize tools and work area after completing a batch.

* May pull product from the warehouse as authorized.

* Take pallets to the mixing department after completing a batch.

* Double check lot numbers, quantities and expiration dates.

* Document weights on inventory cards.

* Return partial products to stock.

Qualifications:

* Non-supervisory role.

* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Six months work experience needed.

* No certifications or licenses required, cGMP Certification is preferred.

* Must have moderate math skills.

* Moderate reading skills required.

* No computer skills needed.

* Must have basic language skills. Fluency in multiple language is desirable.

* Must have basic writing skills.

* Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.

* Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.

* Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
