Summary of Position: The Display Coordinator is a support role focusing on the project management of temporary and semi-permanent point-of-purchase (POP) displays including coordination of display design, development, production, assembly, and ship to trade. As a Display Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Display Project Leads with campaign management from conception to final delivery of temporary displays for your assigned business unit. Collaboration, attention to detail, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are a must to drive value for our clients. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Attend and recap creative status meetings or supplier meetings.
- Complete data entry to track, document, and file all relevant project details in pep and client systems
- Coordinate with Display Project Lead to manage campaign scope changes as needed while ensuring an on-time and on-budget execution
- Create Purchase Orders, place GR's and be the main point of contact for suppliers troubleshooting billing and invoicing discrepancies.
- Manage collateral code creation and collateral inventory tracking
- Provide real-time reporting and analysis when requested by Display Project Lead
- Meet or exceed client team metrics and be an enthusiastic and energetic team player
Client & Supplier Relationships:
- Build client relationships by providing extensive value within the POP spend
- Annual travel to client's US based headquarters required along with minimal travel to suppliers
POP Knowledge & Expertise:
- Assist in the establishment, development and improvement of processes and procedures
- Learn and develop expertise of display design, materials, and production to provide best in class support to clients
- Learn and develop expertise with retail environments, style guides, seasonal resets and in-store trends to deliver increased value to pep and pep's clients
Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; or Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience
- 1-5 years' experience in project management, POP, print, or displays a plus
- Experience with the Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus
- Experience in the beauty industry a plus
