Distribution Assistant (GA) Maxxis International, the U.S. division of a global tire manufacturer, is seeking a Distribution Assistant at our Distribution Center located in Suwanee, GA. This position will work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of orders for shipment primarily through FedEx and USPS shipments
- Process orders in SAP and transfer information to carriers' system
- Prepare customs documents for international orders
- Review weekly invoices for accuracy
Qualifications:
- One (1) year of administrative, clerical or shipping experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment required
- Experience working with SAP or other Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
