Mainstar Trust offers custodial services for self-directed retirement accounts and we are currently seeking detail orientated and self-motivated candidates to join our growing team. This position is a full time position with the ability to work a hybrid schedule upon the successful completion of new hire training.Essential Duties/Responsibilities to be performed with or without accommodation
- Maintains retirement records
- Utilizes database or system to process transactions and retrieve information
- Regular attendance is a requirement of this job

- Data entry
- Phone Skills - take and make phone calls daily
- Attention to detail
- General knowledge of office equipment
- Able to effectively work in a team environment
- IRA knowledge is helpful, but we will train the right person
