Job DetailsJob LocationHQ - Schaumburg, ILDescriptionSummary: The Warehouse Person performs picking, packing, shipping, processing orders for shipment. Also performs receiving of incoming parcels and stock, including distribution to specific personnel or warehouse locations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders.
- Receive and process deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks / carriers.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of warehouse work areas.
- Ensure that all trash is disposed of by the end of the day.
- Assist with facility maintenance in designated warehouse areas
- Follow all procedures required by JSOX and ISO
- Arrange pick-ups for LTL shipments, if assigned.
- Assist with training warehouse employees in their duties regarding products and procedures.
- Operate powered material handling vehicles in the performance of duties, if certified.
- Assist with semi-annual physical inventory.

- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, picking, packing, put away.
- In-depth knowledge of THK products, or the ability to learn.
- In-depth knowledge of THK warehouse procedures and policies, or the ability to learn.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO procedures governing warehouse operations, or the ability to learn.
- Forklift Certification; Train the Trainer certification preferred.
- Basic keyboarding skills and mechanical aptitude.
