Distribution Maintenance Manager Salary Range: $94,000- $110,000 What Will You Do? The Maintenance Manager will coordinate and direct the daily duties and functions of all maintenance departments and shifts in a manufacturing environment. This position will lead and mentor supervisors and superintendents to achieve departmental goals. This position will also collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing management to service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, specify and establish preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, facilities, and powered industrial vehicle (PIV) needs, to support the manufacturing processes. What Do You Need?
  • Associates Degree required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in maintenance management, Supervisory Management or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years' experience in a maintenance field with practical experience in mechanical, electronics, hydraulics, powered industrial vehicle (PIV) and/or HVAC maintenance, Required
  • PIV License, or ability to obtain within 60 days, Required
  • Knowledge of industrial electronic systems, including 480V, 240V and DC voltages and Industrial hydraulics and fluid power
