Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Distribution Center Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity to lead and manage the operations of our fast-paced and technologically advanced distribution center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery store and supermarket distribution center, ensuring that the distribution center operates efficiently and effectively, meeting all KPIs and budget requirements.Responsibilities:1. Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with operational policies and procedures.2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the distribution center.3. Manage and monitor KPIs, ensuring that the distribution center meets or exceeds these performance indicators.4. Develop and manage the distribution center's budget, ensuring that all financial targets are met.5. Ensure that all activities within the distribution center comply with HACCP certification requirements.6. Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and control.7. Lead, manage and develop the distribution center team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the distribution center operates in alignment with the overall company objectives.9. Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety within the distribution center.10. Oversee and manage the implementation of new technologies and systems within the distribution center.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution center management role, preferably within the grocery store or supermarket industry.3. Proven experience in managing KPIs and budgets.4. HACCP Certification is required.5. Strong leadership and team management skills.6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.7. Strong understanding of distribution center operations and best practices.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.10.
