  • Fill schedule racks at various locations
    • Responsible for driving vehicle to various locations.
    • Keep schedule racks in adequate supply of schedules and other printed materials.
    • Keep schedules in adequate supply for bus operators.
    • Remove out-of-date materials from schedule racks and other locations.
    • Prepare daily reports of printed materials distributed.
    • Deliver bulk orders of printed materials.
  • Place schedule racks at various locations
    • Make telephone contacts with businesses and place schedule racks.
    • Keep a current list of businesses requesting schedule racks, including the type of display at each location.
    • Keep a current list of display locations.
  • Responsible for Lost and Found Activities
    • Pick up lost and found items from a designated location.
    • Sort, organize and store articles.
    • Tag items and record items in logbook.
    • Respond to inquiries from customers seeking lost items.
    • Discard items according to procedures.
    • Logging in descriptions of articles in lost and found computer database.
  • Maintain inventory of printed materials
    • Keep inventory in an orderly manner.
    • Check inventory and prepare monthly reports.
    • Keep an inventory of printed materials on an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Other deliveries
    • Make deliveries for the customer care department and other departments as needed.
    • Deliver bulk order of tickets and passes.
    • Deliver company mail to post office.
  • Clerical duties
    • Assist with sorting, recording information, distributing and posting flyers, etc., as needed.
    • Respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of the Davidson County area is a plus. Must be able to drive, follow traffic laws and safety procedures bend, stoop and lift on a frequent basis. Must be able to carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold and extreme heat.Classification under Fair Labor Standards Act: Non-Exempt
