Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Distribution Clerk to provide support to the Hanover Logistics Team at our locations in Hanover, PA. Candidates with excellent typing, filing, and organizational skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are encouraged to apply.
Distribution Clerk:
* Close all CPU's and LTL loads that were picked up the previous day in TM
* Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous da
* Maintain customer pickup schedulin
* Assist drivers picking-up and delivering l
* Assist Logistics Manager with processing of BOL's for loaded trail
* Maintain multiple Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Logistics repo
* Maintain accounts with outside vendors including updating online databases and generating reports as ne
* Act as a back up to other logistics administrative positi
* Requires working proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people
* Post job opportunities and company announcements
* Maintain associate files
* Order and distribute office supplies for department
* Confirm loads, make inventory adjustments, and generating BOLs, packing slips and transfer overviews in D365
* Compile data for reporting maintain tracking documents and create presentations as needed
* Book customer orders in various system portals
* Communicates with Carriers to schedule appointments
* Confirms availability of product and requests from other buildings to fulfill orders
* Assists drivers at check in and obtaining paperwork
