Greasing the wheels behind the scenes, our people in Operations are the backbone of our Company.GENERAL FUNCTION The Distribution Clerk performs general warehouse activities including but not limited to picking, packing and shippingMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceives incoming merchandise/product.Processes merchandise/product per the established procedures.Stocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.Picks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.Prepares merchandise/product for inventory accuracyPrepares merchandise/product for shipment.Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.Other duties as assignedBASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED6+ months of distribution experienceExcellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognitionAbility to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/ManagerAbility to communicate/cooperate with DC associatesAbility to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)Ability to lift/carry up to 40 poundsAbility to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hoursAbility to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate personnelPrior experience in distribution center/warehouse preferredOptical knowledge and/or worked in a production environmentEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
