Location: Fully on-site role, Somerset, New Jersey, USA

Pay: up to $50,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week

Distribution/Logistics Project Coordinator – The Role

This position is responsible for coordinating all logistics related aspects of Clinical Supply Packaging and Labelling projects.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched in accordance within agreed timelines, whilst also ensure compliance with internal SOP's and customer approved study specific documentation.

As Distribution Project Coordinator your main responsibilities will include;

  • Manage clinical supply client inventory inquiry processing.
  • Creation of distribution protocols for clinical trials, including returned goods.
  • Coordinate shipments of clinical trial material to clinical sites and when required the return of materials, in accordance with agreed timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients and help maintain distribution group mailboxes
  • Work with Warehouse & Logistics management in the preparation of delivery documents and support with resolving operation and document related issues.
  • Audit documentation for accuracy
  • Execution of postings in the ERP system and ensuring the system is accurately maintained.
  • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure all logistics activities are invoiced appropriately.

Distribution Project Coordinator – The Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • High School diploma education.
  • Proven experience in the field of logistics.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learning new technology.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise, in a high-pressure environment.
  • Able to easily deal with changing priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge and experience with cGMP, GDP, Annex 13, EU and FDA regulations would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Role is based full-time at the company's premises in Somerset.
