SUMMARY OF POSITION The Email/Reporting Coordinator position is responsible for preparation and completion of daily Distribution reports and research of issues when required; this would include Productivity by Position, Quality Metrics, SAP waving/printing process and overall email correspondence to Consumer and Institutional company representatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
- Work within BI Portal within SAP to accurately collect and process productivity by position for pick, pack, and ship functions..
- Collaborate with Sales Support and Customer Care teams to analyze and investigate quality issues submitted internally on e-forms and SharePoint documents. Root cause analysis to determine where error occurred and by responsible person.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint deck daily for individual performance and quality metrics.
- Liaises with Consumer Sales teams to successfully coordinate rush orders as required. For normal orders, prioritizing the wave/print process by corresponding cancel date especially retail customers such as Amazon, DSG, Target, etc.
- Generate realtime statistical performance metrics for team by working within the Production system within SAP.
- Compares identifying information and counts; coordinates with upstream management for any deviations in quality/correctness.
- Manages all email correspondence within NRV Institutional and Consumer email systems.
- Manages and prints customized shipping labels for Consumer customers as required. These would include shipping labels and pricing labels if required.
- Supports and assists for other duties as required.
- Strives for continuous improvement
- Acts as a liaison between the Distribution team and sales departments mostly in the Consumer group. In addition will collaborate with the Customer Care group to correct/adjust Institutional customers as required.
- Operates and uses all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures.

- Ability to perform moderate mathematical calculations.
- Have 3-5 years experience in root cause analysis within a distribution environment.
- 5-7 years experience operating in SAP or WMS system equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in Microsoft Office solutions especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively relate with others, offer continuous improvement ideas, and cooperate as a team member.
- Ability to perform essential functions and responsibilities of the job with little supervision.
- Must be flexible and have an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Associate Degree essential or greater.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations within the organization.
- Ability to rely on judgment for personal safety regarding work.
- Ability to write moderate/technical correspondence.
