• Municipal, County, and Regional Issues Related to the District
• Community and Public Outreach

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge and application of House Rules, Protocol, House-specific Applications, House Administrative Policies and the Legislature's Joint Policies and Procedures.
• Constituent Management
• Day-to-day Operations: Monthly Bills, Office Files, Office Property, Office Supplies, Office Communications
• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports
• Manage Office Expense Accounts and Travel System
• Required Legislative Filings
• Municipal, County, and Regional Issues Related to the District
• Community and Public Outreach
• Mandatory Trainings as Assigned

Minimum QualificationsAn Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience; or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.Professional administrative experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.SalaryAnnual $48,732The Legislature offers a competitive benefits package.
