Position Summary:The District Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest level of service delivery to our customers by acting as the Manager and main point of contact for the assigned district. As a District Manager, your primary duties will include, but not limited to; exercising discretion and independent judgement with respect to the following matters of significance which are related to the management and general business operations of Zoom Tan Inc. and its customers.Key Responsibilities and Duties:* Responsible for the supervision of all Store Managers in your district* Responsible to ensure all locations open and close at designated times and are appropriately staffed* Responsible to conduct a QSC (Quality Score Card) once a week at each location and review it with the Store Manager and Regional Manager* Responsible to conduct an inventory audit at each location once a week and email the Regional Manager of all discrepancies* Responsible for maintaining flexibility to cover unattended shifts for stores without a Store Manager and or as needed at any location within the district* Responsible for contacting applicants within 24 hours of receipt from Human Resources during the hiring process for stores without a Store Manager* Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and other employee relation practices including legal compliance and internal processes* Responsible to direct and supervise Store Managers and employees engaged in supporting the stores in the district* Responsible for ensuring adherence of Store Managers and staff members to all Zoom Tan policies and procedures in the district* Responsible for ensuring all employees are working the hours in correlation with their employment status* Responsible for following all company policies and procedures* Responsible for occasionally lifting and/or moving objects up to 25lbs* Responsible for following all company policies and procedures* Responsible for attending all assigned meetings* All other duties as assignedAdditional Information:* The opportunity to join a dynamic team that is collaborative, energetic, and supportive* The opportunity to join the fastest growing UV and Spray Tanning Company in AmericaZoom Tan is committed to equal employment opportunity.
