**Position Requirements**
* **Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education**
* **Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing retail multi-store/zone operations**
* **Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams in a fast pace environment**
* **Proven record of driving exceptional financial results through engaged planning, event execution, expense control, overtime management, and P&L management and review.**
* **Proven success in growing business opportunities and profit growth through increased customer engagement and satisfaction**
* **Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength**
* **Effective customer relations skills meant to deliver exceptional service and the ability to act quickly to solve concerns or challenges as they arise.**
* **Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.**
* **Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check**
* **A valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the District or Region needs**
