The District Manager inspires the team to obtain short- and long-term growth and profit objectives of assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence.IN THE ROLE
- Direct activities in the branches, supervising and ensuring that proper steps are taken to retain customers, manage branch portfolios and correct any sales, operations or profit deficiencies
- Ensures consumer loan investments are made consistent with company policies and sound investment practices
- Responsible for personnel management to include manager and staff training, performance, and developing goals for each manager and branch
- Builds business partnerships to add additional value that is beneficial to the district, its team members and customers
- Optimizesprofitability and controls operating expenses of the district, supervising approximately 8-10 branch officesRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent related work experience
- Ability to attract anddevelopdiverse talent
- 3+ years relevant management experience
- Strong analytical ability and able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers
- Demonstrated success in achieving goals working in fast paced environment
- Successful completion of all required trainings
