District Manager - Massachusetts & Rhode Island Currently, we are searching for a dynamic, highly motivated and goal-oriented District Manager to be based in the greater Boston, Massachusetts market. This individual will be responsible for growing Kobrand Total Portfolio in key accounts, working with suppliers and distributor sales representatives, conducting special events, and executing corporate market initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:85% focus on account management / 10% focus on distributor management / 5% administrativeMaintain a key account list and develop personal relationships with key buyers/owners and managersWork with local distributors and Kobrand suppliers to sell brand to retailersPropose and conduct on/off premise promotional eventsConduct wine tastings and wine dinners for consumers/tradeReview monthly account performanceIdentify market trends and opportunities and propose action plans to supervisorManage individual quota for depletions, placements and qualitative effortsEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum three years' experience selling fine wines (Sommelier, Supplier, Distributor)Bachelor's degree requiredMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust have proven track record in developing new business, managing existing accounts, calling and maintaining business relationshipsMust have exceptional closing skills, strong verbal/written communication and organizational skillsPassion and knowledge of wine, wine regions and the wine industry (WSET, CSW a plus)Strong computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 poundsMust be able to walk, stand, climb, balance, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch on a daily basisKobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, a performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
