**JOB LOCATION(S)****:** Horseheads, NY

****Job Description****

The District Manager is responsible for the supervision and development of a team of sales, delivery and merchandising personnel and is accountable for all Coca-Cola business within a defined geographic area.

****Essential Duties & Responsibilities****

* Responsible for sales execution in local, regional and national accounts within assigned segment and territory

* Lead sales organization to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives and deliver on plan

* Track and report progress to ensure programs are being executed and goals are achieved

* Meet with and deliver sales presentations to key customers, assisting Account Managers with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals

* Build long-term profitable relationships with key customers, communicating with them about company policies, industry insights, new product/package launches and promotions

* Coach and lead a team of direct reports while ensuring a culture of learning and development

* Foster a fun results driven work environment that achieves its results in a safe, professional and ethical manner

* Communicate expectations while creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement of daily execution

****Job Requirements****

* High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

* Bachelors degree preferred

* 3+ years of relevant sales experience preferred

* Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

* Excellent planning and organization skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

* Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
