The District Service Manager (DSM) represents the company at the dealership/customer level. You are responsible for maintaining good relations between the company Dealer Channel and the end users of their products. DSM's assist dealers in their efforts to provide top quality service and are responsible for developing dealer product support capabilities. You also focus on dealer development with regards to best practices to improve dealership service department efficiency and profitability. Much of what the DSM does is focused on customer retention, which translates to increased market share due to repeat sales. Your region is eastern New York and New England region. The company would prefer you live in the Albany or Saratoga Springs, NY area. Those locations will cut down on your weekly travel. You must live in your region. Base pay starts $75K plus bonus.
