District Supervisor
SPAR is looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of District Supervisor. District Supervisors assist in the administration of multiple client projects in a region. Common work activities for Supervisors include creating roll call reports for the team; scheduling and assigning merchandiser reps to projects as needed; and site visits. Having experience in big box retail, store remodels, project scheduling, phase plan capability will be a tremendous benefit as you take on your new role as SPARs District Supervisor. Your organizational and communication skills will be an asset as you oversee the budget and cost controls of each project, hiring, training, and coaching for improvement, requiring bold decision-making and strong leadership skills. Your ability to organize, track, problem solve, drive process improvement, and connect on both the staff and client level make you an ideal fit.
