In partnership with the global DEI team, this individual with work with the Employee Resource Groups, Talent Development, Recruitment Teams and HR Business Partners to support people-focused initiatives that continue to recruit, develop and retain employees across Jefferies, while creating an inclusive culture where all employees feel they have the opportunity to be successful.
This individual will be challenged to think creatively, offer their input, and add value to the team from day one. As with everyone at Jefferies, Analysts are expected to pursue their projects with excellence, a collaborative spirit, and with the highest levels of integrity.
Qualifications
Eligible applicants must have already graduated
Bachelor's degree required
0-1 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels
Positive, proactive attitude and desire to learn
Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables

Job Responsibilities
Partner with Jefferies' eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to assist in the development and execution of corporate diversity strategies that align with business initiatives, including coordination of event logistics.
Support the global metrics, reporting and data governance strategy that informs talent and diversity-related decisions and planning.
Partner with the Campus Recruiting team to support the execution of diversity- focused recruitment initiatives
Research DEI best practices by viewing peer company websites, vendors, social media and awards.
Partner with the firm's Marketing & Communications team on social media and internal and external DEI website updates.
Stay well-informed of the latest DEI research and news.
Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on diversity-related topics, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
