The Diversity Programs and Assessment Specialist in the Graduate Division will support the Assistant Dean for Diversity and Learner Success and the Diversity and Outreach Program Manager in designing and leading new programs and projects focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and preparing and managing post-project reporting and complex data analysis.
The Diversity Programs and Assessment Specialist will design and deliver novel educational interventions; design and disseminate educational tools/surveys to assess the effectiveness of programmatic, infrastructural goals and policies of educational interventions; and assemble and write reports that guide policy and practice of faculty and staff in developing and implementing educational, programmatic, and infrastructural strategies for improving climate and equity in the research environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $116,700 (Annual Rate).
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
