Introduction to role:
The Director, Divestments, Acquisitions & Collaborations (DAC) - Clinical will work with the Senior Director DAC and Business Development Groups to understand any potential divestments, acquisitions and collaborations that may impact clinical teams across Biopharma and Oncology. They will work with the clinical teams to support the translation of executed deals with a particular focus on divestments and collaborations. They will partner to manage activities associated with clinical transition teams and play a part in the execution of the strategy for the transaction that is sound and meets the overarching goals of the deal. They will provide tactical guidance for these teams, and lead the day-to-day activities for the success of the deal.
The role requires a good understanding of AstraZeneca's clinical business area; an understanding of our end-to-end clinical trial solutions; Data Privacy laws regarding Clinical Trials; and above all, excellent stakeholder leadership skills.
