Job Summary and QualificationsThe Division Safety Director is responsible for the implementation, and oversight of the FacilitiGroup Regulatory and Safety Management Program for all hospitals and associated FSEDs in their division. Primary focus will be on continuous survey readiness for the Joint Commission Environment of Care and Life Safety chapters. The Division Safety Director will perform in-depth site assessments, review and critique regulatory documentation, educate and assist facilities on code-required performance and activities to ensure compliance with the Joint Commission, OSHA, Federal EPA, State Health Agencies, and other authorities having jurisdiction. The role will partner with division and facility leadership, EOC teams, Division Vice President of Quality, division facility management services, and FacilitiGroup team members. The Director shall provide strategic direction and effective management of compliance activities for improvement through establishment of best practices, streamlined reporting and response processes. The director shall ensure that the appropriate regulatory activities are correctly tracked in HCA Healthcares compliance platform (Complyos) and Engineering Central, as well as, educating relevant teams on changes to systems and compliance code standards
