A lively and popular restaurant group is looking for a Divisional Beverage Director. Located throughout Downtown Chicago, these restaurants have exceptionally curated cocktail programs tailored to their overall themes. You will play an integral role in enhancing the overall guest experience!

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base, 15% bonus program, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, and more!

Divisional Beverage Director Qualifications:

  • 2 years of management experience
  • 2 years of beverage director experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams
  • Experienced with inventory and BOH system
  • Sommelier and/or Cicerone certifications highly preferred

    • Divisional Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage multiple operations
  • Conduct comprehensive training with all levels of beverage teams
  • Continued development of vendor relationships
  • Ability to travel and have schedule flexibility (including late nights and weekends)
