Job Description:

Position: Divisional Capabilities Trainer

Location: Salisbury, MD

Pay: $44k/yr to $75k/yr (depending on experience)

Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in developing, leading and managing training; 2+ years of beverage industry knowledge preferred

Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Greene Resources is seeking a Divisional Capabilities Trainer to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Develop and lead the implementation, continuous improvement, mentoring and management of the Certified Trainer Program across all assigned functional areas
  • Ensures employees selected or nominated for Certified Trainers are effective in their roles and effective in training others
  • Conducts ongoing Certified Trainer classes to ensure consistent, up-to-date, effective, and efficient skills are being developed with new employees
  • Conducts with Certified Trainers to ensure effective and consistent new employee training
  • Deliver and manage the compelling and engaging capabilities training initiatives to educate new and front-line employees on PBV & Suntory, pertinent skills, and information regarding their assigned roles and responsibilities and for their growth and development
  • Conducts PREMIER training and Train the Trainer
  • Conducts Business Acumen Training including but not limited to SMART, UXT, SAP S/4 & SAC, WMS, Anti-Trust, Strategic Selling, Sales Negotiation, select Business Acumen, and Analytics
  • Assist Capability Development Team with all platforms of mid-level management
  • Identify potential training inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience

Position Requirements:

  • Experience using Workday is a plus
  • Effective presentation skills; develop and execute action plans
  • Thorough business acumen and analytics knowledge
  • Proficient in developing and creating training materials and content
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Display professionalism, tact and discretion
  • Have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
