This role is responsible for talent, operations, customer/brand experience, and overall profitability in a division that consists of multiple markets. Our team members are encouraged to develop and move into more challenging roles as their career progresses.Employee discounts at our affiliate brands which include– Value City Furniture, American Signature Furniture, DSW, and American Eagle Outfitters.What your day will look like:Develops and leads a team of Market Leaders providing leadership, direction, and continued coaching and feedback.Drives a high-performance culture that achieves results.Owns the results of the Division's P&L, driving sales while managing the bottom line.Collaborates with cross-functional partners to build the annual sales and profit budget.Analyzes results and proposes plans to achieve targets and ensure continuous improvement of business objectives.Executes plans and delivers results against the company's long-term strategy.Inspires and motivates teams on the company's Game Plan.Ensures the execution of the merchandising experience throughout the Division.Oversees the implementation and continued execution of all selling and delivery initiatives.Holds teams accountable to operational standards.Monitors the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks, recommend strategies and tactics for current and future stores.Works closely with cross-functional partners to execute plans, remove obstacles, and provide resources to support stores.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.Embody our values: Serve Others and Own it.Ability to read and interpret documents including profit and loss statements.Ability to write reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and team members.Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent across a multi-unit environment.Proficient using business-related technology systems.Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems.Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities.Experience managing change in large and complex environments.Ability to break down complex ideas and communicate them in simple and easy-to-understand ways.Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others to higher levels of performance in a remote work environment.Demonstrated ability to drive results in a multi-unit leadership role.Desire to continuously improve.#J-18808-Ljbffr
