- Directs and implements internal and regional research initiatives on education and fiscal policy that contribute to informed decision-making
- Supports public education advocacy efforts for ESBOCES and the Region
- Directs the strategic planning and reaccreditation process under the guidance of Agency leadership
- Oversees all communications and public relations for the Agency
