The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs an Order Management Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Driving operational goals to meet the needs of the department

• Implements changes to improve department process as needed throughout the team

• Supports sales team by sharing best practices to help improve processes for internal and external customers

• Willingness to be on-call after normal business hours to meet the needs of the customer

• Delivering on department metrics using Inside Out Coaching to extend understanding of the department standard and active listening of employee needs

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and/or 2 years of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 3 years of Advantage Center experience
• 1 year of Team Lead experience in the Advantage Center
• 1 year experience in Data analysis
• 1 year experience in performance management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include….Communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Ability to work under pressure/time management, and Flexibility/conflict resolution

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to San Antonio, TX office at least 5 days per quarter)

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
