- must be safety oriented and self-motivated
- shift begins 6:00 AM till 4:00 PM
- 6 days per week may be required//Saturday-Sunday-holiday may be required
- must be able to work in all types of weather. cold-hot-snow-ice-rain-wind
- must not be afraid of heights or water and be able to swim
- must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds upstairs or catwalks
- must be able to shovel material for extended periods of time/operation of skid steer
- must be trainable to perform all types of plant maintenance
- clean coal barges
- help lift 50 pounds above head
- must be willing to learn to operate other mobile and crushing equipment on site as well as other tasks associated with the mining operation
