As the administrator, you will also be creating new part numbers and releasing the different document types into our ERP systems for production. Key Responsibilities: Create, control, and maintain new or revised production documents, testing documents, trial documents, deviations, reworks and product labeling. Ensuring the accuracy of each document type. Provide assistance on assigning, evaluating, reviewing, writing, tracking and routing of change notifications. Participate on element teams for new product introductions/transfers when required. Provide assistance in maintaining the Documentation QA-Middletown Mailbox (i.e. answer inquiries and checkout requested documents). Evaluate, conduct and / or participate in process improvement activities, working closely with cross-functional, department leads or PPI team. Assigning and setting up new part numbers in Master Control and SAP System. Work with external OEM customers to obtain their approvals. Conduct training as appropriate for the change order process, management of change module and / or change notifications. Update / release / publish inserts or other materials on the website. Assist, review, track and route documents through Adobe Sign Maintain and update spreadsheets and Smartsheet related to change control, management of change and change notifications. Performs other duties as assigned. Education High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in documentation skills is required. Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Outlook Proficiency in keyboarding, proofreading and editing required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently. Possess a positive and professional demeanor. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible and be able to shift priorities. Requires high attention to details.
