If you are selected to join our team you will enjoy benefits such as quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), company paid life insurance, and other great benefits!Primary Purpose:The Document Control Administrator position is responsible for writing, processing, and releasing Quality Management System's internal procedures. for the CPP Albany Titanium Group. This includes skillset management, running and distributing status reports on a specified frequency. In addition, this position will maintain training curriculum and completing other administrative tasks as assigned to support the training program for the Albany Titanium Group. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process all Quality Management documents.
  • Review and process all customer, industry, and internal specifications.
  • Manage the Document Control process.
  • Responsible for writing, documenting, and releasing internal procedures.
  • Approve vendors list and associated administrative tasks
  • Tasks involve auditing and corrective action of processes, procedures, and personnel.
  • Documents Quality and Engineering processes and specifications.
  • Recommends formats responsive to technical and user requirements.
  • Produces products that conform to company documentation and quality assurance standards.
  • Partner with third-party vendors on various projects, as needed.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and requirements.
  • Maintain and support the training program by performing various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Effective technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to follow detailed instruction provided both written and verbally.
  • Computer knowledge including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately complete assigned tasks on time and to manage multiple/varied tasks over the course of a day.
  • Adobe FrameMaker
Preferred
  • 4 years of experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Internal auditing skills or experience.
  • Experience in investment castings industry.
  • Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100D.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Overtime as needed.
