ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Manage and oversee all stages of a controlled document's lifecycle, including its creation, modification, review cycles, issuance, distribution, and accessibility.
• Ensures that documents are standardized and controlled, providing a sole source of truth for each record ensuring that documents are accurate, up to date, and compliant with relevant requirements.
• Maintain a clear understanding of all standard operating procedures and related responsibilities within the Quality department.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma (or its equivalent)
• 1-2 year's related work experience in a similar role.
• ISO 13485, ISO-9001 or TIS-16949 experience preferred not required.
• Microsoft Office Associate certification preferred not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and significant keyboard use. Must be able to walk short distances and stand for periods of time. WORK ENVIRONMENT Predominantly operates in an office environment. Role qualifies for hybrid work. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of objects less than 35 lbs... Some (less than 20%) work will be in a production environment requiringPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE), eye, hearing, and foot protection.
