Collaborate with document owners to timely complete and submit policies, procedures and forms across Division to comply with regulatory and/or regional, state and federal standards and/or requirements. Provides support for CHI Health electronic and process-related policy management needs. Provides policy management support to assigned state(s) leaders and employees.

**Responsibilities**

**Document Control Coordinator**

Collarborate with policy and document owners and key stakeholders to coordinate development and revision of policies, procedures, consents and forms. Includes ensuring consistent formatting and appropriate review and approval.

Collaborate with policy and document owners and key stakeholders to coordinate appropriate and timely maintenance of policies, procedures, consents and forms.

Serve as an administrator of policy management system to include setting user permissions and access rights; ensuring appropriate policy backup as needed; set up taxonomy and table of contents.

Serve as a central information source by maintaining and distributing policies, procedures, consents and forms. Includes coordinating production of policies for regulatory or legal inquiries.

Collaborate with content experts on policy committee meetings.

Train end-users on how to use policy management systems.

Maintain relationships with policy management vendors to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.

Prepare correspondence, reports and policy-related data analysis.

**Qualifications**

High School Diploma

Prefer Associates or Bachelor's

Experience with PolicyStat and OpenText Software.

+ Five years of project coordination and/or administrative experience.

+ Experience in coordinating large scale, complex projects.

+ Ability to assemble, advise and coach multidisciplinary teams.

+ Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Google Suite products.

+ Excellent written communication skills and proficient in English grammar, punctuation and spelling.

+ Strong attention to detail with ability to manage own workload and set priorities.

+ Track record of achieving effective collaboration across departmental and organizational lines.

+ Flexible, with ability to adapt to situations as they arise.

+ Ability to work cooperatively with others as part of a team or group.

**Pay Range**

$17.89 - $24.60 /hour
