The successful candidate will be working on a team that provides construction management services. Provide all project document control services. All project-related documentation shall be stored and maintained in OCTA SharePoint (Microsoft OneDrive). Keep accurate records of Construction Contract Documents, plans, specifications, addenda, change orders and other modifications, RFIs, shop drawings, product data, samples, submittals, purchases, materials, equipment, applicable handbooks, maintenance and operations manuals and instructions, correspondence, reports, and other project-related documents. Administer the flow of documents and communications between OCTA staff, Design Consultant, Contractor, City, AHJ, and all other project stakeholders. Maintain project files of all documents. Assist OCTA in responding to public record requests. Qualifications:
- High School graduate; College coursework or Bachelor's Degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Minimum five (5) years of General Office experience, including two (2) years in the Engineering or Construction industry.
- Requires competence in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Valid Class C driver's license.
- Approximately one (1) year of clerical experience and ability to answer telephones in a professional manner as well as the ability to coordinate visitors to the office.
