Additionally, is responsible for managing the flow of controlled documents including controlled document issuance, reconciliation and archival as required.Non-Negotiable Requirements:BS degree and 3+ years relevant experience or AS degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industries or relevant comparable background.Possess strong computer and Internet skills, including online document management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications to meet established document formatting requirements.Facilitate the life cycle of master documents (including but not limited to SOPs, Batch Records, Test Methods, Protocols, Reports, Specifications, etc.) by functioning as a document workflow coordinator.Review, edit and format master documents according to approved procedures and templates, maintain document properties (metadata), monitor document status and approval notifications, distributions and archiving.Assist with controlled document issuance, reconciliation, and archival.Support offsite storage activities including sending and retrieving boxes from storage.Manage storage database and run reports for retention and metrics.Facilitate the document retention process, managing destruction schedules, and coordinating with offsite records vendor and client.Assist with metric generation for Quality management.Assist end-users of the Document Management System (DMS).Full job description available during formal interview process.What Sets GRAM Apart from Other Employers:MEDICAL BENEFITS starting day 1: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits are available to you and your family on your first day of work, with the company paying for 75% of the cost!
