We are currently seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join a project. - Process all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database (including scanning, logging, distribution, and storage).
- Maintain and distribute daily project files and establish a listing of stored materials.
- File and store physical documents, including paper manuals, digital media, and project-related files.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance monitoring to ensure accurate, efficient operations.
- Support the management team with additional assignments as needed.
Document Control Specialist Preferred Skills include:
- Proven experience with ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), and Primavera Contract Manager.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Document Control Specialist Requirements may include:
- Associate's degree preferred.
