The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining all technical and system documentation in our manufacturing environment. The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the company's documents. This role involves managing the documentation process, ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and reviewing change requests, change orders, and change notices. This is a permanent position requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain the company's document control process and system.2. Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.3. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.4. Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic).5. Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows).6. Distribute project-related copies of the latest approved documents and drawings.7. Ensure all documents comply with company policies and procedures.8. Handle change requests, change orders, and change notices, ensuring all changes are adequately documented and approved.9. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.10. Ensure all documentation is correctly identified, distributed, and filed/stored.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Control Specialist in a manufacturing environment.2. Proficient in MS Office and data management software.3. Familiarity with modern systems of complex document control.4. Knowledge of the manufacturing process and related technical documentation.5. Experience with change request, change orders, change notice, and documentation.6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.7. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.10. Problem-solving aptitude, able to come up with practical solutions to issues in a timely manner.11. A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred.
