Title: Document Control Specialist Work Location: Bridgewater, NJ 08807 (All Onsite)
Pay Rate : $44/hr on W2 Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Job Description: Position Summary Document Control Administrator is responsible for oversight of site Document and Change Control processes. As the administrator, you will be facilitating review and approval workflows within the site electronic document management system (eDMS). Key Responsibilities: • Create, control, and maintain new or revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction documents (WINs), forms, and analytical method documents, ensuring the accuracy of each document type. • Assist in monitoring documentation due for periodic review • Write, review, and route change notifications • Coordinate formal approvals for document and change control workflows • Support Document management system users with workflow handling and electronic system usage as needed • Maintain and update site metrics related to document control, management of change and change notifications • Participate in process improvement activities, working closely with cross-functional department leads or continuous improvement team • Support in the performance of quality reviews and audits • Perform other duties as assigned Education • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent is required. Experience • Minimum of 3 years experience in a regulated environment. • Experience in a Quality Assurance function preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience navigating an electronic document management system preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results. • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently. • Possess a positive and professional demeanor. • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must be flexible and be able to shift priorities. • Requires high attention to details.
