Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob DescriptionEnsure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements for document control and quality systems.Responsibilities
  • Review and revise specifications and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the training program.
  • Document and evaluate changes through the internal change control process.
  • Review production batch records.
  • Manage quality system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, test methods).
  • Oversee document routing, effectiveness, and record retention.
  • Solve quality system issues.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective and timely task completion.
  • Support regulatory and customer audits.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Associates degree or bachelors degree required
  • 1-2+ years of Document Control experience within a regulated environment such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Cosmetics/Personal Care, or Food
  • Experience operating and maintaining an electronic QMS system
  • Experience transferring documents from paper-based to electronic QMS
  • Experience maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions, or Test Methods
  • Customer interaction experience
Work EnvironmentThis person will spend the majority of their time at the EP site, with rare travel to Chaska. The role follows a Monday to Friday, 1st shift working schedule. Candidates can work an 8-hour shift within the core working hours of 7 AM to 5 PM, ensuring consistency in their start time. This is a desk-based role.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
