Under direct supervision, receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a timely manner. Works within established guidelines. Requires in-depth knowledge and is multi-skilled or has specialized skills of operational or administrative processes achieved through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience - Takes a broad perspective to evaluate operational or administrative non-standard problems; identifies patterns from partial/conflicting data to help identify and implement solutions - Completes a variety of operational or administrative work assignments under limited supervision following general instruction for new or special assignments - Communicates potentially sensitive information with other departments and/or outside organizations

Responsibilities
Responsible for assembling, and packaging printed loan documents for various customers.
Following Standard Operating Procedures and meeting our service level agreements set by our customers is key to our/your success every day.
The packages that are hand assembled require extra attention in that they may need to be highlighted for signature and dates or put into folders with added inserts.
This position includes and is not limited to sitting, standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), learning how to operate a small insertion machine, ing postage through a Neopost, and running a shredding machine.
Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills to enter time management information, attend meetings, use of Teams App, and Outlook is helpful.
Other tasks could include scanning documents and uploading them to files, coordinating, work within a team in different departments on expedited projects, etc.
