Job Description:

Scans or imports document images for electronic storage, and prepares physical files for off-site storage to meet customer service standards in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. EXPECTATIONS

  • Images and places documents into the appropriate program for electronic storage.
  • Names each document in LOS so it may be viewed by other authorized individuals within the company.
  • Prepares the physical files to be shipped to off-site storage facility.
  • Follows the Company standards for delivery of integrity, client focus, teamwork and respect for each individual in every interaction.
  • Exhibits observable sense of urgency in the execution of all job functions and duties.
  • Meets or exceeds levels of Customer Service delivery established by the Company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION - REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma
EDUCATION - PREFERRED
  • Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • At least 6 months of experience mortgage banking or loan processing preferred
  • Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
  • Knowledge of mortgage banking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints
  • Ability to organize and coordinate projects
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly

Compensation The base salary range for this position is ($35,000 - $40,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
