- Experience with operating computer system and office equipment, particularly scanners and printers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting boxes up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with scanning equipment or document quality.
- Must understand importance of handling sensitive and confidential information.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for scanning.
- Operate scanner to convert physical document to digital format.
- Accurately name scanned files using existing file naming protocols.
- Ensure all documents are handled with care to preserve condition and confidentiality.
- Perform periodic review of digitized documents to ensure clarity and completeness.
