- Support the Vault Custody function of the Credit Control Unit (CCU).
- Serve as a contact point for Front Office and other operations to discuss open issues and procedural controls related to CCU's Vault Custody activities.
- Ensure the timely processing of transaction information, including the receipt, scanning, and filing of loan documentation.
- Troubleshoot and address issues related to CCU's Document Custody work.
- Provide CCU management with periodic status reports on the bank's vault and its contents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CCU Unit Head.
- Obtain a basic understanding of applicable bank rules and regulations.
- Direct any questions or clarifications about rules and regulations to the Americas Legal and Compliance Division.
- Attend Annual Compliance Training presented by the Americas Legal and Compliance Division.
- Read and respond to all compliance-related materials received.Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant documentation experience within Banking
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
