- Document Scanning: Operate scanners and related equipment to digitize physical documents accurately.
- Document Organization: Sort and prepare documents for scanning, ensuring all pages are in order and free of staples or paper clips.
- Quality Control: Review scanned images for clarity and completeness, ensuring that all documents are legible and accurately captured.
- File Management: Properly label and categorize scanned documents according to company protocols, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Data Entry: Input relevant metadata for each scanned document into the document management system.
- Confidentiality: Handle all documents with the utmost care and confidentiality, adhering to company privacy and data security policies.
Qualifications:Basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with scanning equipment and document management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail, especially in handling and organizing documents. Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills.
